David was part of the communications team. He focused on implementing campaign communications for the Working Families Tax Credit Coalition and direct cash assistance policies by collaborating with regional, statewide, and national partners.

David has held a wide variety of advocacy roles, including legislative work, policy analysis and communications, community organizing, and coalition management. Recently, he worked on state-level campaigns to improve access to public assistance programs at Statewide Poverty Action Network. David holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, gardening, and travel, and he is an amateur photographer.
