Madeleine (she/her) oversees the Budget and Policy Center’s development and fundraising efforts – working to grow the organization by building and cultivating philanthropic relationships with institutional and individual funders dedicated to creating a more equitable Washington state – all through a public policy-focused and anti-racist lens.
Previously, she served as development manager with our organization and she supported individual giving efforts at the University of Chicago Medicine and Biological Sciences Development Office. She also managed scholarly and public programming at the D’Arcy McNickle Center for American Indian and Indigenous Studies at the Newberry Library in Chicago.
Madeleine has a bachelor’s degree in history from Beloit College. In her free time, she loves to practice yoga, go swimming, and explore new record stores.
